The shop, located at 59 E. Market St., will offer repurposed, restyled and shabby-chic furniture, as well as antiques and decorations. Candles and room freshening sprays will also be available. Owner Leslie Morris is passionate about giving old furniture new life. “I started rehabbing old furniture I picked up at auctions or garage sales about four years ago,” she said. “When my hobby started taking up too much space, my mother suggested opening a storefront.” Eventually, Morris hopes to provide display space for other hobby crafters, either by leasing space or offering consignment. She is also excited about the downtown location. “It’s a great spot for traffic and visibility, and it is the kind of specialty store that really fits in downtown,” she said. Tiffin Mayor Aaron Montz is pleased to see another downtown storefront filled. “Vintage Chick is another great addition to downtown Tiffin,” he said. “I am happy to welcome a new, unique shopping opportunity to the community.” Store hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 12-6 p.m. [gallery type="rectangular" size="medium" ids="https://tiffinseneca.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/image-5.jpg|,https://tiffinseneca.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/image-4.jpg|,https://tiffinseneca.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/20151117_102558.jpg|,https://tiffinseneca.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/20151117_102613.jpg|,https://tiffinseneca.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/image-2.jpg|"] About SIEDC Started in 1983, the Seneca Industrial and Economic Development Corp.
