Little Willow Learning Academy opening in Tiffin

Daycare center to provide day and evening childcare

Image removed.TIFFIN, OHIO – May 26, 2020 – A new daycare center is opening in a newly remodeled building at 636 Miami St., Tiffin. Little Willow Learning Academy, which offers childcare during the day and evenings, is to be opening in late June.

Owner-director Kim Matheny has more than 30 years of experience in the childcare industry and said she is excited to open the center. Little Willow Learning Academy will take in children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old and its operating hours are 5:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The center will have 10-15 employees. Those interested in applying for a position may email Matheny at littlewillowlearning@gmail.com.

“I am looking forward to opening and providing a safe, clean and high-quality center for children to play and learn,” Matheny said.

Tiffin Mayor Aaron Montz commented: “Congratulations to Kim Matheny on opening of the new daycare center. It is great news when any of our existing buildings are renovated and brought to a new use.”
