The Ohio Export Internship program is designed for companies looking to export for the first time or to improve their current export initiatives. The program matches businesses with highly motivated students from Ohio universities and colleges who have taken export-focused coursework.

Participating businesses are provided a 50 percent reimbursement for intern wages. This internship program will offer a mutually beneficial relationship to students and companies by providing real-world experiences in which both can learn and grow.

To learn more about the program, visit eip.development.ohio.gov or contact Wendi Howell at wendi.howell@development.ohio.gov.

In addition to the Internship, the Ohio International Market Access Grant for Exporters (IMAGE) can provide eligible companies a 50% reimbursement of up to $10,000 in grant funds (i.e., 50% of $20,000 in eligible expenses) to engage in activities to increase export sales.
