Owner of Seneca County service business seeks buyer

TIFFIN, OHIO – Monday, April 4, 2022 – Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership (TSEP) announced today that the owner of a successful Seneca County service business is looking to retire and sell the business. The opportunity will remain open from now until June 6, 2022. The business owner, who wishes to remain anonymous at this time, plans to retire and wants to pass their business on to another entrepreneur. With $500,000 in annual sales and clients in the surrounding counties, this business well positioned for the future. Currently, the business employees four people and leases a space for $1,000 per month. The seller is asking for $650,000 for the business as well as its vehicles, inventory, and other assets. If the buyer needs assistance to learn the business, the seller is willing to help them as a paid consultant. Eligible parties may include people wanting to run and/or own the business, but don’t have to be both.
