Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership (TSEP) announced today that the owner of a successful Seneca County service business is looking to retire and sell the business. The business owner, who wishes to remain anonymous at this time, plans to retire and wants to pass their business on to another entrepreneur. With $650,000 in gross sales and clients in the surrounding counties, this business well positioned for the future. Currently, the business employees four people and leases two spaces in Tiffin and Findlay. The seller is asking for $1.2 million for the business as well as its vehicles, inventory, and other assets. If the buyer needs assistance to learn the business, the seller is willing to provide six months to one year of introductory support to the buyer. Eligible parties may include people wanting to run and/or own the business, but don’t have to be both.
