In 2016, the City of Tiffin applied for and received federal funding in the form of a competitive downtown revitalization Community Development Block Grant allocation, allowing for the creation of another Facade Enhancement Program. From 2016-2018, building owners in a greater-downtown area were able to take advantage of the program, which provided a 50% reimbursement up to $15,000. The program ended in August 2018, with 10 projects and a total investment of nearly $300,000.
