The Seneca CEO program was named the recipient of the 2023 "Partnership in Development Award" at the 2023 annual meeting. This award is presented to an individual, business, organization, or political entity that has provided support and means to promote economic development throughout Seneca County and has demonstrably, through their actions, furthered the mission of TSEP.

This program has already changed the lives of several high school students in Seneca County, with multiple new businesses started by graduates of last year's class. Be sure to check out the Heiser Cattle Company and AJ & Co., two of the businesses already spawned from the Seneca CEO program. Stay tuned, more are in the works by young, creative entrepreneurs who share the same goal of growing their own businesses locally in Seneca County.
