Specialty Coffee Company to Build 234th Store in Front of Tiffin Mall
Tiffin, Ohio, June 18, 2024 — The Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership (TSEP) is thrilled to announce the upcoming arrival of 7 Brew Coffee to Tiffin, Ohio. This popular drive-thru coffee shop, known for its extensive menu of cold and hot brewed coffee, teas, and novelty drinks, will be opening its 234th location in front of the Tiffin Mall, next door to the Take 5 Carwash.
Founded in 2017, 7 Brew Coffee has rapidly expanded, earning a reputation for its high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service. The Tiffin location will continue this tradition, providing a convenient and delicious option for coffee lovers in the area.

The addition of Seven Brew fills one of the last remaining out lots in front of the Tiffin Mall, furthering the ownership group's vision to revitalize the entire property, both inside and out. Construction on the drive-thru coffee shop is expected to begin this summer, adding to the site's activity. Currently, Hobby Lobby is also under construction at the Tiffin Mall and is set to open around the beginning of next year.
