TIFFIN, OHIO – Tuesday, April 11, 2023 – The Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership announced today that American Biomedical & Imaging Group has listed their business for sale on the Tiffin-Seneca Entrepreneurial Opportunity Clearinghouse.
American Biomedical is an established and respected company in the field of medical equipment repair and calibration. Currently, the company has clients in, and operates throughout, Ohio, Michigan, and western Indiana with two of its four employees being based in Michigan. Over the past two years, American Biomedical has had earnings before taxes, interest, and amortization (EBITA) of $82,500, and last year had a half million dollars in revenue.
Current board president of the Seneca County Commissioners Anthony Paradiso stated his support of the project. “American Biomedical & Imaging Group is a Seneca County company offering a much-needed technical service not just to our community but dozens of communities throughout the region. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to keep those services here.”
