Jami Fadley’s new food trailer offers a taste of old-world comfort

June 21, 2024 — Tiffin, OH — Jami Fadley, the owner of JAM’s and operator of JAM’s Monthly Markets announced the opening of Golda’s YUMobile in Tiffin, Ohio. Named after her great-grandmother, the new food trailer offers a variety of pierogi as well as freshly made pork rinds.

In advance of the official opening on July 11, and to give the community a of taste of these old-world comforts, Golda’s will be taking over Hoptometry’s kitchen on June 29 from 4-8pm serving cheddar mashed potato pierogi with plenty of topping options.

“My Polish uncle made pierogi often growing up,” says Fadley. “When thinking about what I wanted to serve, I wanted something that no one was doing locally and that touches souls. That’s why I’m excited to bring these comforts from my childhood to Tiffin.”

At the July 11 grand-opening, Golda’s will have their standard Cheddar mashed potato pierogi with ham, bacon, cheese, sauteed peppers & onion, buffalo chicken dip, and smoked sausage available as toppings along with Fresh pork rinds with MST seasoning. Customers will also be able to purchase seasonal frozen pierogi to prepare at home. Soon after opening, Golda’s plans to add five flavors of pickles for customers to choose from.
