Today, Nicole Miller-State Farm Insurance Agent announced she has purchased the building at 352 West Market St. in Tiffin. Nicole has already moved into the building and plans to hold a public ribbon cutting in conjunction with the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce on October 18th at 4pm with an open house until 6 that is open to the public.
Miller said, “As a small business owner I am excited to be able to continue to grow and invest in my business and community. Thank you to Tiffin and Seneca County for all of your continued support.”
The building, a duplex, will house Nicole Miller-State Farm Insurance Agent, with a second business soon to come in the additional space. Miller completed several upgrades to the building, including a new roof, resealed parking lot, and removed the fencing and tree line around the building, along with a total interior facelift of her side of the building. Including the property purchase and renovations, the investment totals at this point are more than $325,000 with more to come. Nicole Miller-State Farm Insurance Agent is currently open for business at her new location, offering several insurance products including life insurance for all ages, lawsuit protection, as well as home loans and refinancing with Rocket Mortgage. She currently has three full time employees and is looking to hire two more.
