The Opportunity Park was created in 2008 with the funding assistance from W. K. Kellogg Foundation and is open to the public. Access to the park is off south SR 100 and TR 151 on east CR 20. The park is located in a rural setting with adjacent farm fields. It is on the site of the Seneca County Opportunity Center that provides services to children with delays and adults with disabilities.
The park consists of a 820 ft. fully accessible paved exercise track along with paved trails surrounded with many decorative bushes, trees and flowers. It also has two picnic shelters and picnic tables. It has a large fully accessible playground area.
The park is closed from dusk to dawn, and visitors are asked to follow all of the park rules. So stop, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.
