Business owners asks $30,000 for business, equipment and parts, inventory, client files, and furniture
TIFFIN, OHIO – Monday, March 21, 2022 – Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership (TSEP) announced today that the owner of a successful Tiffin consumer service business is looking to retire and sell the business. The opportunity will remain open from now until May 23, 2022. The business owner, who wishes to remain anonymous at this time plans to retire and wants to pass their business on to another entrepreneur. Currently, the business does about $40,000 in sale with a 30% profit margin. However, prior to COVID, the business did approximately $60,000 a year in sales. The business is located in a 1,400 square foot space that is leased for $650 a month, which includes gas, water, and electric. The owner is asking $30,000 for the business, all equipment and associated parts, inventory, client files, and furniture.
Eligible parties may include people wanting to run and/or own the business, but don’t have to be both.
