Sutton Bank plans to make a significant renovation and remodel investment of over $1.5 Million in their existing 7,015 SF retail bank branch facility located in Tiffin, OH. Exterior improvement plans include enhancement of the building façade to incorporate Sutton Bank’s well-established brand, and a relocation of the drive-thru to improve traffic flow around the facility. The improvements will involve extensive site and building demolition and construction to complete the renovation project.
The new building façade will include an EIFS tower feature resembling Sutton Bank’s iconic logo, cultured stone veneer, and North Elevation façade complete with EIFS canopy and new aluminum storefront doors and windows. The interior work will involve demolition and construction to completely renovate the current Sutton Bank tenant space to combine with the adjacent vacant tenant space to expand the size and improve functionality within the facility.
Sutton Bank has also made a significant branding investment and plans to incorporate brand elements throughout both the facility exterior and interior.
K4 Architecture + Design is the Architect for the project and the Contractor will be Zeis Companies of Tiffin. The project started on January 16, 2023 and will tentatively be completed on or around September 15, 2023.
