Tiffin, OH (April 5, 2018) – Tiffin seniors and their families will soon have access to compassionate, state-of-the-art senior living services, provided by a healthcare company known throughout the Midwest for its stellar customer service and remarkable company culture: Trilogy Health Services. The project’s developer, Conficare, LLC has closed on a 7.7 acre parcel of land at the corner of US 224 and Shaffer Park Drive. The land will be the future home of a 92 bed Trilogy Senior Living Community [with a total estimated project cost of $14.5 million] which will offer assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services. The facility is the first development for the 60-acre commercial site annexed by the City of Tiffin in 2017. Tiffin Mayor Aaron Montz said the project has been the catalyst for major improvements in the area, which in turn will bring additional businesses to the site. “We are excited to welcome a quality company like Trilogy to Tiffin,” he said. “Their investment is also helping to develop the entire site.” Trilogy’s Vice President of Development Peter Massey commented, “We are excited to move forward with this project in Tiffin and Seneca County. The project is also contingent upon finalization and approval of local Tax Increment Financing agreements, which will help fund the infrastructure.
