Originally established in 1969, as Kirk Bros., Co., Inc., Alvada Const. Co., Inc. was formed in 1987 and was later incorporated in 2003 as ACI Const. Co., Inc. ACI is a general contractor providing services including Construction Management and Design-Build Services. ACI is an authorized dealer of Nucor Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
