New Mortgage Brokerage Franchise Now Serving Tiffin & Ohio

Press Release provided by Motto Mortgage Unlimited

Tiffin, Ohio, September 22, 2020 – Motto Mortgage, an innovative mortgage brokerage franchise focused on transparency and compliance, has a new office in Ohio. Motto Mortgage Unlimited, now Tiffin’s only locally owned and operated mortgage brokerage is set to open and will serve all markets throughout the Buckeye State.

With record-low mortgage rates and a surge in refinancing volume, new owners Bill and Kelli Jones feel this new mortgage lender will be a key addition to Tiffin’s collection of downtown businesses. The local couple has more than 19 years of combined experience in real estate and are excited to establish Motto Mortgage Unlimited as a customer-first, full-service mortgage brokerage.

“Motto Mortgage Unlimited offers an advantageous alternative to the traditional mortgage bankers currently operating in the Tiffin, Seneca County area,” said Bill and Kelli Jones. “We provide the scope, scale, and support of a large retail lender while offering the flexibility, autonomy, and exceptional service of a local mortgage broker.”

Motto Mortgage Unlimited will be open for business at 65 E. Market St. in its newly renovated downtown Tiffin office. They are currently implementing health precautions to make the mortgage experience as safe as possible for customers and employees. Offering personalized service with the convenience of today’s digital mortgage solutions, Motto Mortgage Unlimited features face-to-face conversations, in-depth phone calls, or purely digital communication for borrowers who would prefer to conduct business remotely. The local owners understand the Tiffin real estate market and pride themselves on being part of this vibrant community.

Melanie Frederick will serve as a mortgage loan originator for the office. With over 5 years of experience, Melanie Frederick is a mortgage expert and takes great satisfaction in helping homebuyers achieve the “American dream” of homeownership.

Loan originators in the Motto Mortgage network have access to competitive loans from various wholesale lenders, and Frederick will work hard to give homebuyers choices – because no loan is one-size-fits-all. Frederick offers over a hundred loan options to choose from and looks forward to helping borrowers find the best fit every time.

Tiffin’s Motto Mortgage Unlimited franchise is independently owned by local business owners Bill and Kelli Jones. The Joneses take great pride in their involvement in the Tiffin community. This new adventure is a milestone for the Joneses who have owned and operated RE/MAX Unlimited Results Realty in downtown Tiffin since 2016.

Tiffin’s real estate services continue to grow

Elaine Thomson and Judy Riley

Stepping Stone Realty was started in 2010 by Elaine Thomson, with an office in Upper Sandusky. Over the past six years, Thomson has grown her businesses with satellite offices out of realtors’ homes and in July 2016, she opened an office with two additional agents in the Tiffin Mall.

“We work in Tiffin so often anyway, it just made sense,” she said. “I brought Judy Riley and Greg Sarver on to work with me here and when you have multiple people working so hard and doing such a great job, they need an office.”

Combined, the realtors in the Tiffin office bring more than 35 years of experience to the company. They have sold more than 25 listings in the past year and pride themselves on their availability to customers at any time of day, and on weekends.
